PLASTIC SPOON WRAPPING MACHINE (MODEL NO. SJSP-200)
This machine is designed to wrap the plastic spoon individually in OPP film with belted form and give perforating cut
between spoons automatically.
2 lanes of 10 pcs spoon belt (20 pcs spoon per belt), serrated perforation between spoons.
Approx. 190 - 230 pcs (based on 32 - 36 cavity) / minute (output capacity can be changed depends on customer’s
injection machine capacity & robot speed)
This wrapping machine can be used by customer who has robot feeding system & vacuum pad for holding spoon on injection line.
Custom order for plastic spoon wrapping machine is acceptable.
SPECIFICATION OF MACHINE will be provided by request of individual customer.
